Kingsmen Software, a growing Charlotte-based software services firm, announced their new delivery organizational structure.
Bill Clerici, Kingsmen’s recently appointed CEO, announced his new delivery organization. “Our newly formed delivery team will help us scale while maintaining our core values of client engagement, transparent delivery, a disciplined process, and enterprise-grade software.”
Denise Beachley and Yury Zhytkou will jointly run the development shop. As Head of Engineering, Yury will provide the technical aspects of delivery and will oversee all development engineers. As Head of Software Delivery, Denise will own The Kingsmen Way, Kingsmen’s tried and true process for planning and executing software delivery that provides clients with predictability and transparency. Denise will continue to manage the business analysts.
Denis Demichev has been named the new Head of Solution Architecture and will explore new technologies and provide technical guidance across all delivery teams. Denis will also oversee the CI/CD team.
Kevin Carmody will be the Head of UX and continue to create amazing prototypes, assist development teams with wireframes, and assist clients with the ideation process to unlock their vision.
“The growth experienced over the past few years necessitates this evolution of our delivery organization,” explained Clerici. “We have been slowly arranging the individual pieces and now the team is finally complete. We look forward to the amazing things they can accomplish!”
